The second clip contains screenshots of a lot of the actions the Biden Administration has taken to push their agendas forward. I will be posting a Substack explaining a lot of those documents in more detail next and how they interconnect.
The Biden Administration started doing executive orders as soon as they took office. In 2021 they started pushing those actions forward. In 2022 they massively funded all those agendas and laid the foundations for everything we are seeing today.

Based on documents and actions is does appear the goal was The Great Reset, New World Order, Global Governance, or whatever you want to call the collapse of America so Global Elites and China can Reset the Globe under their control.
Almost every action of the Biden Administration has supported China and the Global Elites While at the same time ensuring America can’t keep up on every level against them. Weakening our power grid while allowing China and other Nations to build upon theirs. Collapsing the United States economy through green agendas and other spending while at the same time transferring American Tax Payer dollars to China and Global Organizations.
My next two Substack posts will be the “core” documents that support everything I said above. They are Biden Administration documents and clearly outline how the Administration has placed Climate Change, Pandemic Preparedness, One Health, Global Health Security Agenda, DEI, Dual Use and Vaccine Research under a “whole of government” approach under DOD Biodefense and other authorities. Placing all those things under National Security, Public Health and Safety authorities.
The Biden Administration considered declaring a Climate Crisis Emergency in 2022 and again in 2024. This would have given Biden vast power. On the level of Pandemic Power or War Powers.
The Biden Administration has also publicly stated that they plan to drain every penny possible into Ukraine and the Climate Crisis agenda prior to January 20, 2025. They are keeping that promise each day if you follow their Executive Orders, Department of Energy initiatives, and the funding through the White House Office of Science and Technology program.
